Project-based relief from A to Z.

We regularly contribute to various projects. This usually starts with finding and inspecting the right, suitable machines, after which they are transported. In the meantime, a maintenance system will be set up and the necessary materials – such as lifting materials, lubricants, filter sets, tools and other parts – are collected and shipped. We often use a sea container as a safe storage and workshop area on site, so that all maintenance work can be carried out from there.

In countries where the working and thinking level of operators in the area of safety and operation do not comply with internationally applicable standards, an operator is often dispatched for a longer period of time. Relief of operators is agreed upon on regular intervals to assure safety and continuity. In addition, we take care of the lifting and rigging plans and carry them out.

We provide systematic maintenance on the various machines on the projects and also carry out mandatory annual inspections (or these are outsourced depending on local legislation).
For this, the machine manuals and the safety standards implemented by the customer are leading. If there are no guidelines for machine use and safety in the country concerned, we work according to the high-quality Dutch standards. All our technicians and operators are TCVT and VCA-certified.
