For a correct diagnosis in the event of malfunctions in the complex electric and hydraulic systems of cranes and other machines, it is often necessary to connect to and access these systems. Due to recent training and education we have the necessary knowledge, software and access possibilities to perform these actions.
Because machines are often located in a poorly accessible place or at a great distance, an online diagnosis with the customer’s own technician is often carried out first. The source of the malfunction is often found quickly by checking error codes. If necessary, further diagnosis will be carried out on the basis of the machine diagrams. If the issue can’t be diagnosed or solved from afar, an engineer can often travel very quickly in order to make a proper diagnosis and carry out the necessary repair. If parts are required, we can deliver them at very competitive rates and possibly take them with us.
